His holiness Dalai Lama urged for the coalition between the Chinese democracy movement and the Free Tibet movement and the unity between Han Chinese and Tibetans

On August 17, 2008, during the Olympic Games in Beijing, his holiness the Dalai Lama had a discussion meeting with Chinese democracy leader Wei Jingsheng and other representatives of the human rights and democracy movement from several countries, on the issues of Tibet and China. The meeting was held in Nantes, France. His holiness urged for the coalition between the Chinese democracy movement and the Free Tibet movement and the unity between Han Chinese and Tibetans. Both Han Chinese and Tibetans have been living together for 2000 years now, said the Dalai Lama, no matter how the Government behaviors, Han, Tibetan and Uygur must be harmonious friends. We need establish an organization to unite all ethnical races and fight a free and democratic China.

The Chinese Five Color Union is just such a group. We advocate Democracy, Human right, Freedom, Federalism, Justice; we choose the authentic Five Color Flag to stand for the freedom of all people in China. As a response to the call of the holiness Dalai Lama, the call of the time, please invite more people to join the Chinese Five Color Union, and the Free China – Five Color Movement to spread the gospel of freedom for all the races in China.
