Being called a disciplinarian is something that has been directed my way for centuries. Through my tutelage, you will be guided but there will be no holding back of your progress as you work towards increasing your human qualities. This does mean dear ones you are required to move so fast that you are unable to retain what it is you are learning, it only means you will be encouraged to face all truths as they are presented, there is no hiding, no stalling. The many who have yet to reach ascension in this embodiment may seek my teachings and guidance knowing the fullest of effort is to be applied each step of the way.

 

Please dear ones understand with your whole heart that discipline is equal to freedom. There are many who may not agree, and this statement can carry much argument depending on where your mind-set is. There are numerous dear souls that live among you, sharing your beloved Earth  that consider the mere word “discipline” as a bad word that instead is compared to the absence of freedom. Many that are undisciplined tend to be controlled by their tempers, cravings and passions that can cause over-indulgence. Understand dear ones that the ones that are undisciplined are truly without the freedom that is given when you have been gifted with certain talents and skills such as playing an instrument, knack for writing poetry, or creating delicious and eye appeasing desserts.

 

Realize dear ones Self-Discipline encompasses your actions in accordance to what it is you think rather of how you are feeling at a precise moment. Sometimes sacrificing includes letting go of something that is pleasurable in order to commit to something else that has more meaning and importance in your life. It is Self-Discipline that encourages you to make these choices. Parents do this all the time for their children. How many times have you sacrificed your own sleep to look after your child’s fever through the night, or when you may have agreed to go with your child’s class on a field trip instead of having a relaxing day of your own? There are many instances that can be offered, but sacrifice for many is a daily occurrence.

 

We have witnessed many that were under the influence of Self-Discipline while working on a project where the initial enthusiasm vanished. They continued working anyway knowing the importance of the finished product. The dedication many of you give to have your physical body in tip top condition instead of relaxing on your sofas demonstrates Self-Discipline. Whenever you wake yourself early just so you can meditate, study a bit or to enjoy the peaceful silence requires Self-Discipline. When many are on diets, especially during the early stages when the stomach begins to shrink the most, many want to quit, but their inner voice urges them to continue – that is Self-Discipline when they continue to honour their body through healthy food choices and portions. There are many examples of Self-Discipline that can be exercised in your day and many still do them without realizing they are illustrating discipline at all.

 

Many dear souls who have been on their journey of self-discovery have come to the realization that Self-Discipline was a weakness, something that took great effort. But we have seen many of you put your heart and soul into something that you truly wanted and were successful because of many attributes that include Self-Discipline. Everyone has the ability to be more disciplined and committed to their journey and to improve their quality of life in all areas; it is merely a matter of choice and sticking to that choice especially during the hard and challenging times.

 

There are a few necessary traits that contribute to increasing your own Self-Discipline. One is Self-Knowledge. You are required to choose which behaviour is best to reflect the goals you wish to achieve and demonstrate the values that help to create who you are. This does require you to go within and reflect, analyse yourself and make it a habit to write your goals, dreams and ambitions down. Many people we have witnessed are empowered when they create their own mission statements and keep that statement close by to encourage them of their journey and what it is they are aiming to achieve. Of course you must choose what is best for you, but remember your choices now is what is helping you create your tomorrow.

 

Another trait that is part of being Self-Disciplined is being consciously aware. This does make perfect sense dear ones. You need to be aware of what you are doing or not doing. If you are not aware of your behaviour is speaking of undisciplined volumes, how would you be able to know how to react or act differently? While increasing your Self-Discipline, you may from time-to-time find yourself within the actions of being undisciplined, you may bite your nails, realize you have ignored going to the gym or abandoned your diet. Be observant and in time you will catch yourself quicker. Each time you notice you didn’t follow through on a positive life-changing choice you are provided with the opportunity to make another decision to resume your choices that are positive and disciplined that helps bring you into perfect alignment of the goals you are aiming to achieve.

 

Even though you make the effort to write your goals, dreams and ambitions, you also need to make a personal commitment with yourself that you will follow through. What will happen is your internal alarm will alert you to wake early so you can meditate but you are suddenly under the impulse to ignore your inner alarm or that project that you have been working on even through the initial enthusiasm has drifted becomes a struggle to complete. Commitment can be a struggle for many dear souls. You are encouraged to begin making conscious choices that are easy to follow through each time, then increasing the level of difficulty in your choices at certain intervals that provides you a checkpoint on your prognosis. It may take longer to reach your desired goal, but with your determination and commitment you will succeed reaching your goals, dreams and ambitions.

 

Becoming more disciplined does require hard work and effort. Being more Self-Disciplined relies on your courage. Many try to pretend something is easy while they are struggling and find the task at hand painful and difficult. It requires courage to rise and face this difficulty and seek the help and support required that will enable you to reach fulfillment of what you are aiming to achieve. Over time you will acquire little victories where you persevered and kept going. These little victories of winning the inner battles within yourself that tell you to quit will help to increase your confidence and before you know it thanks to the courage you have brought into your ambitions, dreams and goals Self-Discipline will start coming to you naturally.

 

Dear ones, you will find yourself being tested and sometimes you may begin to listening to the negative self-talking that is going on within the mind. You can control this by re-encouraging yourself the importance of your goals, why you are putting out so much effort, what it is you are aiming to achieve. Reassure yourself through positive self-talk that you LOVE what you are doing. Dig a little deeper if need be and reinforce your energy with a fresh wave of courage to help further your commitment and hang onto the awareness of the task you applying your effort to fulfill.

 

When you are so driven to fulfill any areas of your journey it is important dear ones to remain focused and aware. Commit to yourself and to the path you are on. Yes it can be a daunting path, but it is also filled with wondrous rewards. Come, seek my presence and we will travel far but know you will be encouraged to always give at least 100%. Today and every day you are deeply loved not only by me, but by the many that walk beside you and of course you are loved and cherished by God.
