First of all the fact is that I never really took my Xtreme Muscle Prodiet that seriously. I knew that I should have been eating lots of healthy food and cutting out all the junk food, but I continued eating foods such as pizza, chips and biscuits. Therefore although I was using exercise bikes and rowing machines to burn fat, I still had too much body because of my poor diet.A second reason why I didn't achieve very good results was that I wasn't taking any supplements that could have helped me. I noticed that no matter how hard I tried to continue lifting heavier and heavier weights, my overall muscle mass wasn't really increasing that much.
