Fix the System no longer. What are our other options?

IM tired of hearing about how we can fix the system. I think our current economy affords us the time for much needed reflection about a failed system. Capitalism encourages our current consumerist culture. Our needs are not being met and i think its time we Demand some change. Lets meet with out neighbors and talk about what we need and educate the public (meaning the rest of our neighbors) Take time to learn about what our options are. Revolution is the solution. And we need to do it together. I think a good starting place is to talk with friends about hyper-consuming practices and the environmental and social impacts on the world as well as the social control of advertising and commodifying. Our spirits are suffering and its time they were heard. Appreciate all that we have. Lets rally for our rights.

Hello Rosie

In my humble opinion, we can fix the system but in order to do so, we must adopt the state of mind of oneness! In this time we are living in where talk of nuclear exchange between nations is openly discussed on a daily basis, we must concentrate on promoting the message of oneness around the world. In reality, we are all the same no matter what part of the earth we call home. If we are one and the same, our children are one with each other as well.

If we want to prevent the terrible war of untold destruction and loss of life that will spell the end of life on earth as we have come to know it, we should put our egos aside and be willing to forgive and forget the past wrongs committed by every nation that has ever existed! Our leaders must hear this message around the world..

Most of all, no one should pretend that any nation is better than any other nation..

No nation is a chosen nation or better than any other.

We must update the language of all religions around the world if we want to survive as a species!

We are all one nation on planet earth! One nation of the universe! This is the only concept or way of thinking that will guarantee the survival of the human family on this earth! Please follow this link and help spead the message of oneness: www.apocalypsenot.net

I totally agree that the actual political and economic system is a complete mess. It has mislead humankind on the edge of the ecological crisis and nuclear threat, while the world is filled with injustice, poverty, starvation, violence, wars and genocides. It has proven itself to be working against our environment, our long term survival and our common future, taxing the ressources like mad for the enrichment of a selected few, while the masses are impoverished and mistreated.

When a ship is full of holes, you can repair it to a certain point, until it becomes to old, to dangerous to sail on it. That is when we need to leave that ship behind to build a new one, unless we want to perish with it. Patching holes will do only for a certain time until the ship becomes nothing more than a collection of patched holes. We must admit the failure of the social structures that have brought humankind on the fringe of global disaster. We can't expect from a sinking ship to become sustainable. It goes beyond the actual economic crisis. Almost every States on planet Earth, whether capitalist, communist or anything else in between, have based their economies and politics on controlling the ressources through force. While entire populations are intentionally left starving, the weaponry industry is prospering and healthy. Who are the war mongers if not the States governments, financed by the banking cartel. What should we expect from them?

I agree that change is needed but we should not wait and demand for it. We have to be the change we want to see in the world. Political will starts with us. While war mongers make wars, Peace makers make Peace.

Peace on Earth to all humans of good will.
