my left arm I'm trying out stance on only do staggered stance served on Bell row and the one under my right side and I'm doing my regular stance which is kind hips um side by side in feet a basically parallel arm and look at that elite test 360 nasty viciouslookin lower back it just looks like are hurting it’s horrible I think it's up partly a made even worse discuss have it hamstring issue going on right now but now how much you take a look at my right side looks nothing like when I'm doing my left side simply because I've Meyer my feet’s kind love my hips aligned feet parallel on and not staggered so just told you look at that difference in back position just looks so much safer arm to leave much more safe so yes good observation and mother is white LED staggered stance though this particular day I tried out arm doing these dumb burrows on the bench and I rarely ever do that so something kind knew I wanted to try that out said I felt summer blasé too so these questions guys I'm not going to do a timestamp simply because there's a lotto questions here and I like to help out as much as possible and a going to get all crazy for time
