I would like to announce that the LiveMaps team at eiProject and VisionCast Radio would like to sponsor an iPeace Foundation, MapCast channel with WebTop.
This enables the staff and or members to collaborate in real time over a Yahoo map system. Here is a list of functions:
A - Markup and annotate images or map locations, these annotations stay with the map, if you pan or zoom, so will the annotations
B - Add video, audio, animations - over maps or on the canvas
C - Create Point-of-Interest that are popups - Add a URL, comment or audio to any location on the map
D - Save Point-of-View to a built-in bookmark list
E - The webtop may also duplicate as a web page
F - All using light weight Flash - works on most browsers. Tested on: Safari, Firefox, IE7, Opera.
G - Free updates
LiveMap develops with the understanding that maps can be used to change the social awareness about the environment, human righes, natural and man-made disasters and migration patterns.
Please visit the MapCast Studio page to see more details and interact with the demo.

LIveMaps also provides technology for scientific research, emergency management and search and rescue.
This is the beta release and the project will go Next Generation. This will allow back and forth communications between mobile devices and sensors.
eiProject will provide free technical support for developers who want to create their own widgets for iPeace. These widget may be made brandable.
eiProject is a small engineering group located in Los Angeles with the focus on raising the quality of life through technology.
Kind regards,
Rick
