I come to speak with you regarding the symptoms so many of you are experiencing, from varying degree’s of ill health and discomfort due to the DNA and cellular changes taking place within your physical bodies, this is unfortunate but only because of the toxins you fill your bodies with, but it is a unfortunate side effect of these necessary changes, to the upheavals in your material lives.
You are letting go of old ways of being and this at times can lead to feelings of despair and morbidity.
Know that this is only temporary, try to shield yourselves from everyday life during these periods of transformation, take plenty of pure water into the body to facilitate the cellular process, abstain from physical activities and sleep as you feel is necessary, all this will aid the body to integrate the new or heightened levels of DNA structure to be assimilated easily.
I understand the mental despondency many of you are feeling at this time, I have had many lifetimes in mortal flash and much madness and melancholy has been upon me from time to time. But these things are all a part of the necessary growth needed for you to ascend into your light bodies as Masters on Earth.
To ease this passage you must seek out those who are also light workers but at this time are not undergoing the necessary changes. Please do not think this is because you are more needy then they . It is simply that each is being reconnected at their own rate and it is necessary to have some of you undergoing changes whilst others remain able to assist you, as you have done for them in the past and will do again soon, it would be detrimental to the ascension process to have everyone integrating and metamorphosing at the same time, to keep a balance and harmony, you need to be able to reach out to each other during these processes.
Your physical bodies based in matter and form, you astral selves reside in an emotional form, these two bodies are the most in need of transmutation to allow for the ascension process and true integration with your spirit self to occur. At the moment, all these components of yourself are separated. As you become integrated and move into the fifth and above dimensions, you will attain the master awareness you all seek, for as I remind you once more, you are all masters, simply awaiting awakening.
This is why sound, vibration and colour is so important in your healing transformation processes, because the fifth world and above dimensions are made up mostly of vibrations, this is also why sacred geometry is so important to all and the Earth Mother at this time.
As you each begin to reach into these upper levels and dimensions, it will give you the feeling of not being in this world - your material world that is, you may feel detached and as if floating through it rather than interacting with it, you may feel like you are sleeping even though you appear awake. Be patient with yourselves during these times. Seek refuge from harsh environments and stimulants, allow yourself to just be, this will aid the process rather than fighting it. Distance yourselves from those who do not understand this process and seek out those who are already working through the transition, albeit at a different times to yourself, in this way you will have the strength to support each other. It is important that soul groups come together and remain strong.
The time of the separation of all levels of the dimensions is now past and all levels must come together both within yourselves and within the grander scheme of things. Remember, you are all masters of ascension, this is your awakening time.
Become the light beings that you already are, remember you stellar past, your eons of lifetimes on the Earth, they each old different aspects of your wisdom, a wisdom that must now be shared as you all work together to raise the vibrations and achieve planetary ascension.
