Peace is a process of healing the hurt, angry, and afraid places inside. Peace is within you.

When I began the practice of meditation, I realized what had been missing in my spiritual life; God and Peace were within me, not outside of me.
Peace going within and finding a teacher who can help take you there.

I understand, I also have 4 children, work, ect... I find that when God is at the center of my life all reloves around It peacefully and in ways unimaginable to my mind.
We have classes online through the Sophia Wisdom School, they are free and you could speak with real Teachers.
