Don't skimp on protein when building muscle. Protein is the basic element for building muscles. If you don't get enough of it, your body is going to have a hard time developing muscle mass. Aim to eat lean and healthy proteins at least three times a day.Alpha Limit
Do as many sets and repetitions as you can during your training. Do at least fifteen lifts while taking a break of less than a minute in between. The lactic acid in your muscles will continue to flow and as a result, muscle growth will be stimulated. You can grow your muscles tremendously by following this advice.
