Several decades ago researchers working in the Arctic found that the Eskimos who inhabited this desert area frost unaware of vascular and heart disease, even though their diet was based primarily on whale meat, seal and fish and everything was very high in fat and cholesterol.
Epidemiological studies among the inhabitants of Greenland, and similar areas, showed that the incidence of heart disease was much lower than what Alpha Limit was recorded in Western countries.
