Shine your love and compassion onto yourself…YOU deserve it!

With loving grace and pure gratitude I greet each of you through our chosen vessel for the transmission I have prepared for today.

We hear many dear souls express concern and grief regarding their many and various relationships they are part of in this lifetime. There are so many attached emotions that cause a similar situation to young children. While parenting a wee babe, establishing an attachment is necessary for both infant and parent to instill the feeling of safety for the babe. With adults this safety net feeling in a healthy relationship is established early in the relationship, regardless if this relationship is platonic or intimate. When an adult is secure within their emotional state and with the person they have joined a relationship with, there is no cause for security alarm. There is an established trust and mutual respect that allows both parties to be able to express themselves within the purity of their hearts what their needs are, where their interests lay without ridicule or attempt to change the person to fit an illusion created with single-mindedness.  Relationships require equal sharing, a balance of love, compassion, respect and a level of maturity that is different than what a parent bestows their wee babe. A mature understanding that your friend, lover, husband, brother, sister, parent, etc., are there for more than a single purpose. They are a part of your life to be teacher, to heal, to give compassion and love. Through challenges that develop through the relationship you learn to let go and move from certain discord and upset. You will reach an understanding that each person that is a part of your life and who enters at other times through your ever-growing and development have come for very specific reasons. Embrace those memories; rejoice in the lessons gained from each experience. Don’t remain stuck in the negative feelings of a relationship that has ended; look at what you have learned and gained from what you experienced. See from going within how that experience has wizened you, aided in your growth of understanding yourself. The wisdom you have gained is not from everything being peachy and full of beautifully scented roses. Your wisdom is a collection of every experience you have endured thus far and understanding each phase you worked through.

All the wisdom you have gained could not have been achieved through study alone, but from actual experience which with growth of understanding and acceptance of all involved especially yourself will lead you to illumination of whole self. To understand yourself is one of the first steps on your path becoming whole with your Christ Consciousness and the building of your spiritual foundations.

During your own continuing learning endeavours make it a priority to become fluent in the ways of language. Language is more than knowing what language you speak as your mother tongue. Perfect the language you speak articulately. Write with as much precision as you can, learn and understand your written word has power. When you put pen to paper know that your Christ Consciousness is to shine through within every word, every grammatical mark and tone. When you write, other people can sense the mood at the time through the energy you emit at the time. It is noticed and evident by others that are sensitive; they can see you smiling through written word and feel if you are downcast just by the choice of words and use of adjectives and other written gestures. It is okay to reply to someone, that you are feeling down instead of reacting heatedly at something you would normally not be bothered by. The people you have chosen to build a relationship with have the ability to be more understanding than what many give them credit for. Trust dear ones. Trust is a crucial part in any relationship and trust begins with you.

Dear ones there is no magical formula that will bring you to Heart of God. You will reach this pinnacle when you have done a lot of self-adjusting, correcting and removing older ways of doing things and developing a newer and better way of being – living through your heart. This can be seen as an unpleasant task. Going within with an open mind that is ready to be truthfully honest in order to work on their Egos and undoing previous choices by learning what had gone wrong can be a difficult choice. You cannot fix what was done, but you can learn from each instance and break the cycle of repeating such situations. Learn to forgive yourself, love yourself and forgive those who were part of any past unpleasant situation. Give yourself over to Love and live within your spiritual heart dear ones. Your life is all about choices; plain and simple. We of the divine do not criticize your or pass judgement on you for what you have decided on. We know there is great learning to be done and you will learn in your own time. Some will take longer than others and there is no wrong and no speed on how one comes to a conclusion that brings them through a dark passage and into the light as long as they do. Each of you will discover solutions and learn to solve your problems more efficiently than the previous time and this is through experienced knowledge and expanded wisdom.

When you are able to understand that the choices that have already been made can limit you from achieving the goals you have set for yourself, you will be able to recognize more what you need to do. Inside each of you dear ones is EVERYTHING you need to succeed. Do not fear what you will find, go inside and discover how limitless you really are when you learn to let go of discord and grief from past situations. There is so much more for you than reliving the past. You have the Present to which you are building a stronger tomorrow. All that was in the past, is to help you learn and create what your future has the possibility of becoming and that dear ones is endless as you are the Creator of what is to come in your future.

What we need to work on is changing the negativity that is derived from one-on-one interactions and the guilt that can carry on from situations that have aged. Take back the power from that memory and all interactions that have caused disharmony and negative thought forms to emerge and fester. Love yourself with your full heart and show yourself the compassion YOU deserve. Nothing on your Earth can suppress you unless you allow it. We of the divine can give your support, love and guidance, but it is you that must make the step towards changing the way you think and are in every instance of your life. Taking a positive and active approach to your life and your spiritual development is the beginning of the fundamental change needed to building and possibly restructuring your spiritual foundations. Your Christ Consciousness is not going anywhere. It is there, find it and become one with yourself and with your Christ-Self. Believe in the beautiful light that you are and KNOW in your radiant heart how deserving you are to live peacefully and to have a sense of calm in your mind, body and spirit.

It is so easy to see what everyone else is doing, but what is most important dear ones is what you are doing. I can and I will help you understand that light that is shining within the core of your heart center and how to tap into that infinite source of energy of your I AM Presence. Start by purifying your heart with purifying action and thought. Speak, think, and through actions allow your true illuminating self to shine with love at every moment. Accept those sad moments; allow time for solitude and reflection that will bring further understanding and answers that only you have that speak of your growth and personal capability. You have always been capable of so much. You seldom give yourself credit for all the perseverance you have shown. We celebrate for you when you find that brilliant light that lights an answer that has been plaguing you for so long. We stand beside you watching you take tentative steps as you broach a new terrain of growth and learning. We know you will do well, and you will not only know this because I say it, but you will BELIEVE that you are so loved by so many. It is okay if it takes you longer than another to get to a similar plateau or state of spiritual growth. Each of you is created to be different and unique. You are not meant to achieve at the same time. Grow and develop within a comfortable pace, when you feel overwhelmed allow yourself time to regroup and slow down more if need be. As the world moves forward so do you, at your pace and no one else’s.  You are an intelligent being that has suppressed themselves far too long. Step up and into the light of your Christ-Self and shine dear ones.
