Today in our world, we hear the words terror / terroist used to refer to those who destroy the property and take the lives of innocent people! The word terrorist in and of itself is a delusion, and should be replaced with a word that generates a more positive field of energy, thereby showing compassion for our brothers and sisters who feel that violence is the only way to settle our differences as human beings!

We Can Do Better!

http://www.apocalypsenot.net

Here, the word terrorist is defined:

Terrorist- One who supports or participates in the use of force, threats or violence used to demoralize, intimidate, destroy or subjugate.

Truth is, we are all one and the same, and when members of our human family use these tactics, we must show compassion by not labeling them with this word terrorist! They then might see that the rest of us really care for them but they must change their ways for the good of the Global Community!

Peace Eternal,....

Someone's terrorist is someone else's freedom fighter. The big powers like the USA have always backed some armed groups to overthrow some unfavored regimes, in order to put theirs in power. The Talibans were armed and put in power by the USA to kick the Russians out of Afghanistan. The code name of the operation was Al-Qaida.

Regime change is nothing more than a coup d'État and it is very rarely for the improvement of people's lives. The Contras in Central America were another example of how terrorists can be backed by the USA to overthrow democratically elected governments. Over 100,000 civilian deaths in a few years from Honduras to Guatemala and the world didn't react.

It's been happening all over Latin America and Africa for a century. It seems like the definition of terrorism can be deliberately altered to suit political purposes. Then what about State terrorism? The undiscriminate genocide in Gaza for instance, wasn't it straight and plain terrorism? Half the word knows that 9-11 was an inside job but yet and still, over one million dead Irakis and how many Afghans have been paying the price of this horrible lie. When the subway was bombed in London, the anti-terrorism squad was running an exercise at the same train stations, on the exact time and with the exact same scenario than what happened in the reality. Someone up there must have known exactly what was going on!

The word "terrorist" is just the new weapon of the control freaks of the elite for mind control of the masses, to keep the world in fear, to take away our freedoms and rights, and to impose their domination through force and martial law. The Patriot Act states that any small infraction can be considered as an action against the State, thus as a terrorist act. This includes parking tickets and smoking marijuana. Even to denounce the New World Order as a conspiracy is passible of two years of imprisonment. So the worst terrorists in this world are the ones who use this word against us while playing the good guys. They are not the prisoners of Guantanamo but the ones who torture them, no matter what lies they tell us.

The first act of terrorism in modern history was perpetrated in Jerusalem by the zionnists who bombed in 1947 a british hotel, killing 58 innocent people while dressed as Arabs. Half the world knows that 9-11 was a zionnist conspiracy. Until the other half wakes up and frees itself from the delusive propaganda, the war on terrorism will keep happening and kill innocents by the thousands, justified by this homemade created specter of terrorist threat with the specific purpose of world domination by the imperialists.

Now in Pakistan over 4000 people have been killed in the past few months by the bombings of the USA for the simple fact that they live in tribal villages bordering Afghanistan. That makes more victims than 9-11. Who cares, since they have been labelled as terrorists, including women, elderly, children and infants. Same with the Palestinian who are depicted as a whole nation of terrorists who deserve nothing better than to die or to be tortured with horrible means. They were just born on the wrong side of the border we are told. In Sudan half a million people have been massacred since a few years by mercenaries backed by China to get their oil rich territories. Why have these acts of terror been perpetrated without any involvement of the international community? We are too busy chasing after the ghost of Ben Laden in other oil rich countries, although Benazir Bhuto said on US tv that he had been killed in december 2001, two weeks before she was shot herself. Imagine, even if Ben Laden was trained and financed by the CIA, he is too much useful to the mainstream to keep waging a campaign of fear about terrorism to justify the past and coming agressions on sovereign nations who pose no threats whatsoever to the world security. Pakistan is the next one on line. Then the US troops will circle Iran.

The pirates in Somalia have been facing the desecration and exploitation of their vital environment. They also live on rich unexploited oil felds. When will we presented their side of the story? Hitler started the first war against terrorism after his false flag operation when he burned the Reichstag. Even peaceful budhist monks have been labeled as terrorists by China.

So in most cases, the ones who are called terrorists are usually freedom fighters who resist the invasion and occupation of foreign powers, when they are not themselves backed by these same powers. Just look at Irak: the ex-rebels have now joined the "good" side, so the USA can now think to move their troops further to conquer another sovereign nation.

Let's not be fooled by the scenario they are playing for us. Their intention is not to protect you but to submit you. Politicians are experts at using a word to mean the opposite. History should not be ignored or forgotten.

Let's create a culture of Peace worldwide.
Sunbow The figures you quote as to the enormous loss of life caused by the less fortunate among us who make war are shocking indeed, and it is because of these facts that I totally support your call for the creation of a Culture Of Peace Worldwide!

It is in the spirit of this coming Worldwide Culture Of Peace that we must not only create this culture of peace, but also find a way to make our message go viral, be heard, then accepted around the world!

We must get the attention of the so called powers that be with a more compassionate approach or they will not hear us.

http://www.apocalypsenot.net

After all, it is the powers that be who control the vast arsenals of weapons of mass destruction and if they refuse to, or can not hear our presentation because we approach them without loving, human compassion, the entire global community will loose out in the end.

We must wake up that human being that still lives deep inside the DNA of those who make war, or the human family will not survive the approaching storms!

How do we appeal to their human side? We do it by deleting from our message the obsolete language, perceptions and mind sets used by the ancients.

As we are all one and the same, created by the same powerful forces that govern the universe, we all still have something in common, and that something is The Human Seed Of Consciousness! This Human Seed Of Consciousness is eternal and unending! It is the essence of who we all are!
Charlie, I'm all for compassion and consciousness. But it doesn't mean that we should forget the lessons of our history or the facts making the actuality. On the contrary, we should learn them well in order to bring change and avoid making the same mistakes again and again. Denial is nurturing ignorance.

There is no "us and them", We are all on the same boat, born of this same Mother Earth, part of the same global history. Guys like Hitler probably are in deep need of Love and compassion but I'm not sorry for them and I'm not going to take them as my leaders. The powers that rely on weapons and force are not ruling over me nor over any free soul. The tyrans surely need our compassion, but for the sake of their victims, they need to be stopped in their madness. Allow me to doubt sincerely that only through kindness and gentleness we will be able to change their hearts and agenda, or even that they will simply hear us.

If we want a Worldwide Culture of Peace we need to start burrying the weapons right now and bring to justice the war criminals and this includes a good proportion of the actual political leaders. To denounce crimes and demand justice is part of erasing the old program based on hatred, violence and prejudice.

Then and only then can we start dreaming about world Peace. Otherwise we can dream all we want, but as long as humankind will be ruled by criminals, we will never attain world Peace. The truth must prevail.

Peace on Mother Earth to all humans of good will.

This is just one of the so many informational videos explaining what is really going on in this world.
SunBow, we have not forgotten the lessons of our history or the facts making the actuality. Nor are we in denial of the true reality...On the contrary, we have learned our lessons well. The very fact that we are here on iPeace debating this most important issue is proof of this.

It is fashionable and cool to use the words (being for compassion and consciousness,) but in order to reap the rewards that come to us for actually extending true compassion to others, we must dissect the word itself and get at it's true meaning.

Here it is defined: Compassion: sorrow for the sufferings or trouble of another or others, accompanied by an urge to help; deep sympathy; pity

According to this definition, if we want to benefit from the compassion we feel for others, we must follow up the urge we feel to help those less fortunate than we, with real dedicated action!

So in the case of our working to make peace on earth by extending true compassion to our world leaders who suffer from entrapment, (being locked in the obsolete mindset of the ancients) where they feel justified in and condone making terror and war around the world, we must be willing to really help them, not call them tyrants, terrorist, war mongers and other names. This name calling will get us nothing but rejection...Then we all loose!

SunBow, if we really want to get well as a species and bring real peace to the world before we reach that point of no return, we must help our leaders by awakening the unconscious seed of human awareness in them. This our only hope as a species...

Eternal Peace My Friend....
Dear Charlie, if we want to define things in a clear way, we have to use the right words. A killer is a killer, unless we use a synonym, it means what it means. Same thing for a tyrant, a terrorist, a warlord, a weapon dealer, a dictator or a raper. Using euphemisms won't help us to understand the reality of facts. This is not name calling, but rather calling things by their name.

For instance to call a genocide like the one that happened in Gaza a mere "self-defense" is far from reality. To call a war of agression or an occupation like it's been happening in Irak or Afghanistan a simple "peace keeping mission" is nothing more than plain lies. This kind of demagogic rhetoric has been used for much too long by the political elite to manipulate the public opinion. We are free to take these guys as our leaders if we wish, but I won't.

Instead I call them misleaders (name calling maybe? but plain truth) since they have mislead humankind with lies and violence for generations. I see no hope in waiting on them to make a change. I have met in my life several spiritual masters, teachers of Love, wise elders and Peace makers. These people I can call leaders. They are the ones who should be sitting at the UN and listened to by the political powers. They are the ones who inspire a genuine hope for humankind.

I never voted, not because I don't believe in democracy, but because I never found any candidate who could represent me and speak on my behalf. To vote for the lesser evil is still to choose evil.

I agree that compassion applies to the agressors as well as to the victims. But who should we support? I feel sympathy for the later while I only have pity for the agressors. Maybe the world misleaders suffer from entrapment, as you write, but there are imposing the suffering and the entrapment to large numbers of inocents and to entire populations. I'm not advocating compassion just to reap the rewards, but as a way to free ourselves from hatred and fear, although feeling compassionate for someone won't necessarily make him/her a better person.

To have compassion for the agressors doesn't mean to blindly accept the crimes perpetrated and to wish them good luck in their endeavors. To hide our heads in the sand is not the way to reach the Light. We can all agree that when Light shines, darkness disapears. But until there is enough Light to make all the darkness disapear, we can't deny that this world has been mislead.

To deny this reality won't bring a better world. Unpunished and unchallenged criminals will just keep perpetrating their crimes. If we give them a role of leadership on top of that, we become accomplices of their crimes. Will we wait until it's too late to say we should have known better and done something? It happens again and again. History will repeat itself until we change it.

I guess very few of us want wars and genocides, but it still happens to a large scale. And who wage wars if not the political so-called leaders, backed by the banksters. As long as we keep complying to their agenda and call them our leaders, there is no hope for Peace.

This is my humble opinion. I respect your point of view and I appreciate your optimism. If you work for Peace, than we are allies in this great task. Maybe I'm just a little more concerned about the well-being of the victims than about the one of the agressors. I believe that the solution will come from a major shift in human consciousness and not from a mere change of political power. This change might involve a major transformation of our definition of leadership.

"Be the change you want to see in the world" said Gandhi, the great apostle of non-violence.

"We are the ones we have been waiting for" said the Hopi prophecies (and not Obama).

Peace, Love and Light to all beings.
SunBow I agree, a killer, is a killer, is a killer, but by nature he/she is still human. My point is this, if we want to reach the killer/so-called terrorist, help him/her reform, then make our chances of survival on earth better, we can best do this through the extending of true compassion. After all the goal is to help those who are sick and are not as fortunate as we! Yes we can refuse to recognize our oneness at the table of truth and sit back in our worlds of being ok as far as being law abiding citizens, then refer to those we seek to help as killers and terrorist, but when we do this, we all loose!

I agree with you that we should elect political leaders who are true global peacemakers. This should be the work of The World Wide Culture of Peace you mentioned yesterday,... to explore and broadcast these more enlightening options globally!
www.apocalypsenot.net

In my humble opinion, The so-called miss-leaders are the real victims because we all know that we reap what we sow...and what goes around will surely come around! These are laws of nature! But the thing is, the so-called miss-leaders really don't have any real answers to our real world problems, so they react and govern in ways that are unnatural and not in our best interest. This is all they know,...thus the need for a global shift in awareness! A global consciousness update if you will.

I sincerely believe that we who work for peace in a non-violent way, will have more success in reaching our brothers and sisters who are in charge of government affairs, if we awaken that universal seed of human consciousness that lives in all members of the human family, by spreading the message of oneness. One Universe, One Earth, and One People..

Having compassion for our brothers and sisters who run the governments around the world and believe that fighting fire with fire is our only option, / an eye for an eye, is not blindly supporting the barbaric acts of war, but it will buy us enough time to spread the message of oneness globally before we mess our atmosphere up beyond repair!

The purpose of prisons and jails is to rehabilitate the wrongdoers! In the case of the human family on planet earth, we are all confined in the prisons or mindsets that promote Apocalypse and Armageddon, constructed by those who lived when people thought the earth was flat! We can not afford to follow the dreams /Nightmares of the Ancients any longer. If we do, we won't be able to rehabilitate our global community of leaders or ourselves, before we destroy our atmosphere! We must update our files of consciousness using the scientific approach!

I appreciate and respect your opinions as well SunBow, and I am happy that we are on the same team in this global struggle for peace and understanding!

Eternal Peace For All!
The only thing that I would add here is that wisdom is not a new invention. Maybe the ancient ones didn't have the same scientific knowledge than the one we can have access to today, but they sure knew about a spiritual wisdom that modern man tends to forget. We just have to look at the consequences of modern life on our environment to see that scientific knowledge is not a synonym of wisdom.

By ancient ones I mean our faraway ancestors who remembered to respect all life forms and to live in harmony with their environment. In many aspects the so-called primitives were far less savages than modern men can be. Their ancient wisdom can still help us today if we can only be humble enough to remember and to listen to it.

Just sharing a thought, without trying to make a point. In Peace and Love.
Yes SunBow, the ancients did have wisdom but the ancients had not evolved to the levels of awareness that we enjoy today..They sincerely believed that the earth was flat, and if we were meant to fly, we would have been born with wings! etc...

No,... the ancients were not savages but their concept of reality ( i.e. creation/the concept of creator,) was based on their level of understanding of the laws and forces that govern the universe...

So, in this the age of cyber, we must update our consciousness programs so that we bring our spiritual beliefs into stable flow with our understanding of the cosmos! This will make for a world at peace...

Peace Eternal!
I don't agree. The ancient Hopis and Mayas had knowledge that the Earth is round long before western science and very precise calendars including long counts that our modern day calendars don't even know. In this age of cyber as you like to say, we are still human beings as the ancients were and apart from a few technological improvements, we are no better than they were. We have not evolved so much if we are at the edge of an environmental crisis with the threat of nuclear holocaust hanging over our heads. We can't blame this on the ancient ones nor on any belief in the Creator. It's the product of modern science, which has become the new religion of boastful pride. "Times change but people don't" -Indian proverb
Since the times of the great religious crusades and before, up to the present, we have fought barbaric wars in the name of religion...(i.e) our concepts of who God is, or religious wars..

Because we have not updated the language of world religions since they were conceived, today we are continuing this barbaric behavior! No, we are not better than the Mayans, but the Mayans did not have anything like iPeace or personal computers..

What makes us more advanced than the Mayans is our advanced technology..We are not better, just more advanced technically.

We don't blame our current world problems on anyone but ourselves because we refuse to update and upgrade our mind ware..

Modern science is our friend.. When we get sick, it is modern science that helps us get well. When we want to take a trip across country, we take flight in our choice of aircraft....and on and on....

Science is indeed our friend but if we want to survive the approaching storms of war, we must delete the outdated religious files of memory off the micro dries of our minds..

People do change and people have changed, we just have some conscious programing left to do. We are the Children Of The Universe!

Peace Eternal...
I'm against wars whether religious or for ressources. In fact religions have been used as pretexts to wage wars for ressources. But what happens today in Irak or Afghanistan has nothing to do with religion. It's a war for oil.

If science was used for the benefit of humankind, we wouldn't even need to use oil anymore. I agree that we must upgrade and come out from this kind of behaviorial patterns. Fighting over ideas is just another form of religious wars. So I won't get into this. I respect your views but I see differently.

I've met some people who have never touched a computer but who can share a greater wisdom than I ever found on the internet. I haven't seen a doctor in over 20 years since I heal myself with good old natural medicines. Just a personal choice. So modern science is not a synonym of wisdom.

Science can be good but we can't deny that many of its applications have been harmful to humankind and its environment. Science is another beliefs system, just like religions, it is neither good nor bad. It's their applications that make a difference. Many scientific theories are being taught just like doctrins. If your religion or belief system teaches to Love your neighbour, than I don't see what is the problem with it. But there is a huge difference between religion and spirituality. One is a submission to a central authority while the other one is freedom of consciousness. Not to be mixed.

We all need to upgrade without any exception. But this upgrade involves remembering an ancient wisdom that might have been partly lost in modern times. This is the way I understand. Peace
