It is a copper mine in Yunnan peovience and this company is a regular customer of Xinhai for many years. They started the cooperation with Xinhai and signed the design and equipment supplying contract when they found the mineral,

The mine construction was divided into three phrases: the first phrase was building a project with the capacity of 800t/d; after a year, it was extended to be 2000t/d; and in 2007, after the application of Xinhai MQG3245 ball mill, the capacity was extended to be 4500t/d. This project includes test, design and equipment supplying.

The technical processes are: two-stage one closed-circuit crushing and one-stage grinding. The separating process is one roughing two scavenging and two cleaning. Indeed, the medium grinding system adopts LCφ500 hydrocyclone for classification and the material is delivered to ball mill by belt conveyor. This design fully brings out the potentials of hydro cyclone and increases the normal capacity more than 10%. In addition, the MQGg2736 and MQG3245 mill both adopt the hydro cyclone for classification. The EPC service provided by Xinhai won high evaluation from the customers.
