You know 35 hours a week I had quite a few clients who were beginners overweight and so you know within 20 minutes I'm having them on the ground there working up a sweat so you know we will start with lying hip extensions and that's just where you on your back and you have your knees bent new bridge up and you’re squeezing a good so we would do holds are we do you know 15 20repetitions and we haven't you know flip over and if somebody is overweight you know just having them go up and down and flipping over and stuff like that you're moving your body and so it's its exercise to a lot of people that are their true beginners yeah and over to a plank and then back over and we do still leave all their career on them back over for nearly pushups and then you know get them up in doing band polls& and wall slides Max Garcinia Lean to get no good shoulder mobility and then back down and doing one naked picas tensions and you know by the time we do a couple other exercises you know we're through 20 minutes and they've been strengthened and it burn some calories but they've been strengthened and they've and they're helping to build the muscles that will then allow them to the standing exercises without any problems then we work into something like you know wall squats or the squatting with the stability ball between them and their and the wall for support network into some step ups in split squats with Valentine and on anon and on and away we go when it's really mean there were 101bodyweight exercises at work up to more advanced ones in and have a goodtime.
