I like you very much Sara! This is what I say about you when I invite friends to join this group. I love your 2 questions, they are essential. I do as much as I can to bring joy to others, because this brings me joy. And I am also very aware I have first to feel joy to be able to bring it to others. This I learned clearly thanks to a CD a friend offered me two years ago "Abraham¡s lecture" from Esther and Jerry Hicks about Law of Attraction. There they say that our feelings and emotions are our guidance system toward alignment with our true self, or soul, or inner self, doesn't matter how we name it, as Eckart Tolle would say. Very good and essential questions. I would also add a third- Have you spread peace today?
Self-reflection is so important in our spiritual journey.

St Valentine's Day has been a wonderful day!

Yesterday I had the chance to observe Joy on many people's faces... and not only because it was St. Valentine's Day.

I've seen Joy in my husband's eyes when we woke up in the morning and when, later, he offered some roses to me...
And I've realized that this is his natural state every morning!

I've observed Joy on my daughter's face, and could feel this Joy in her heart as well, when we were arriving in Geneva for our special day together...
And I've realized that she's always happy when something interesting is going on in her life!

I've observed her Excitement and her Emotion, when she was standing in front of her favourite singer Quentin (who was celebrating his birthday the same day) and she could get his autograph, and offer to him the present she specially prepared for him...
It was very touchy and moving...
She was very, very Happy!
And I realized that he (the singer) brought a lot of Joy to all the people present to this event yesterday, and that with his songs he does that regularly!

I've observed the Relief, the Joy, the Love and the Gratitude for the Lord (he turned his back on us and crossed himself) in the eyes of the young Romanian beggar, whom my daughter & I we offered the supper...
And I realized that it is so easy to bring Joy to someone!

I've observed Joy again in my husband eyes when we finally came back home and we hug him...
Yes, it is very easy to bring Joy and to warm up someone's heart!

Sometimes we are even not aware about bringing or receiving this wonderful Gift called Joy...

Let's become more AWARE about our entire days, about what we are doing at any tiny moment of our day...
And we we'll be able to really ENJOY the natural state of Energy exchange, we are all creating at any moment of our Wonderful and Magic Life!
Yes, yesterday has been a wonderful day!

I wish that Yesterday, and any other day of your Life, has been/will be WONDERFUL and MAGIC for everyone of you!
