No cause and effect laws needed...

So, we can abolish the law of karma and of attraction, maybe (there is always a maybe... in life, perhapsism, says Osho...) and the law of cause and effect. But before abolishing this laws (wrong English, of course...) let me ask... and I HAVE asked a group who supports poor people of a country there... I saw so many little children starving, very skinny... yes I feel it is a pity, yes... and I say, who did these children WHO DID THESE CHILDREN?
