I was thinking to get a book compiled, Dear God..... letters from children, also develop Childrens television netwqork, Global education television, have already had preliminary meetings, getting children to present the NEWS adult as it happenns , also they are innocent and they are our future, can have greater impact coming from the mouths of children, for film and television check the website, www.mandy.com and small investors, angel investors, www.businesspartners.com

Thanks for the invite David.

Disabled I rarely am able to work for others for employment.
I had a son, a low wage job offer came up, and had to also pay daycare,
not sure I came out ahead but I know I did not have much to show for my effort.
The woman who was in charge over 15 of us,
always angry, always coming around to tell us what we were doing wrong,
no matter how hard you tried it was never good enough.
Others I worked with I overheard saying not nice things about her.
I did not have much and surely could not afford this,
but during lunch I called the flower shop and asked them to deliver her 1 dozen roses.
They asked for the message and who it was from,
I said "no message" and not to tell her who sent them.

The next day, she was puzzled and confused,
not sure who sent them or why, she found it hard to be angry with anyone,
lest she offend the gift giver.

I figured when I did that,
a little sugar never hurt a lemon.

Sometimes I think people get caught up in one emotion,
one way of thinking,
and forget there is another.

Sometimes I think people forget what peace is,
I have much of it in my heart,
So I seek to share it with those who do not have any.

I have had an operation on my left hip in 1999; so know I have a new hip.
When people feel sorry for me I smile and being an artist I answer them: "Everything about me is art"!
Big smile,

Hans

Now I know why your name is Saggi tario - "Saggio" means "wise" in Italian!!
However, sticking to the guidelines....( cough, hmmmm.....) time for

THE NEIGHBOR
Well, I had a neighbor. But I mean the worst of neighbors!!! When I think of the hell they (basically the whole family) created for me, I cringe.
Won't go into the details because it is just too negative, however I DID go to the hospital once to see if my shaking was due to neurological disorder, but no, it was that they were getting to me so so badly.
So, after ten years (yes, 10 YEARS) I saw the wife and husband outside my terrace and called, in Italian "Senti....vogliamo parlare?" "Hey do we want to talk?" It had been ten years that we had talked, that is, they would yell and do strange things, but I would not say one word - not even one.
The wife pushed the husband aside, and angrily came alone into the downstairs of the building. Her face was mean looking, eyebrows crossed, lips tight and closed just like in a comic book character. It was the first time ever that she came into our building.
I then said, "Do you really want to go on living like this? Why can't we talk things out, is this how you want to end your life with fighting all the time?" So then, she angrily talked, loudly and nervously about some old ANCIENT story that had happened more than 10 years ago, something I had said (after HER saying something ridiculous, of course) and explained why she was so mad (really holding a grudge over something that old....I found it absurd, but listened anyhow). So I said "I'm sorry, I had no idea that that still bothered you, after ten years!" She was terribly flustered, and had tears in her eyes. And then.......unbelievably, to be nice, I gave her a kiss on the cheeks, like they do in Italy, and she, strangely enough, accepted it. I just did it, without thinking too much, otherwise I may not have done it.
And THAT is the smiley part of my story.....me, kissing my worst enemy.

Moral of the story? Don't know....after that, we still never talked again, and she blew up once and threw a shoe at my dog again, but that gesture of a couple of little kisses seemed to end the huge anger and storms that were constantly hitting our home for ten years.
Need I say more?

Some smile all the time
some only once in a while
some never
Some don't feel like nowadays we can smile
But I think....how long can a person go around without smiling? Probably not healthy.....emotionally and physically.
But this is a serious discussion so very soon....I'll have another smily story to tell. Unless someone else does.....Hmmmmm?????
