We understand well from the Quran and from the Sunna (prophet sayings) that the Abrahamic faith was for all mankind and not for limited area or specific group. So, always the God ordered his prophets on all centuries to invite all the people to the God word and not only their tribes. The speech of God in the Quran was always directed to mankind where God ordered 51 times mankind to follow the messengers without specially remembering of the tribes of the messengers. Please read well these verses to know something in between the words and I will let u conclude by yourself what u see in them.

(24) Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice. And We brought forth iron wherein is mighty power (in matters of war[]), as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allâh may test who it is that will help Him (His religion), and His Messengers in the unseen. Verily, Allâh is All-Strong, All-Mighty. (25)

(27) And We have not sent you (O Muhammad SAW) except as a giver of glad tidings and a warner to all mankind, but most of men know not[] (28) And they say: "When is this promise (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) if you are truthful?" (29) Say (O Muhammad SAW): "The appointment to you is for a Day, which you cannot put back for an hour (or a moment) nor put forward." (30) And those who disbelieve say: "We believe not in this Qur'ân nor in that which was before it,"

(106) And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) not but as a mercy for the 'Alamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists). (107) Say (O Muhammad SAW): "It is revealed to me that your Ilâh (God) is only one Ilâh (God - Allâh). Will you then submit to His Will (108) But if they (disbelievers, idolaters, Jews, Christians, polytheists) turn away, say (to them O Muhammad SAW): "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised (i.e. the torment or the Day of Resurrection) is near or far." (109)(21-Al-Anbiya)

(186) (And remember) when Allâh took a covenant from those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it, but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! And indeed worst is that which they bought. (187)

(78) Whatever of good reaches you, is from Allâh, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself. And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a Messenger to mankind, and Allâh is Sufficient as a Witness.[] (79) He who obeys the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), has indeed obeyed Allâh, but he who turns away, then we have not sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a watcher over them.[] (80)

(162) Verily, We have sent the revelation to you (O Muhammad SAW)[] as We sent the revelation to Nûh (Noah) and the Prophets after him; We (also) sent the revelation to Ibrâhîm (Abraham), Ismâ‘îl (Ishmael), Ishâq (Isaac), Ya‘qûb (Jacob), and Al-Asbât [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya‘qûb (Jacob)], ‘Îsâ (Jesus), Ayyûb (Job), Yûnus (Jonah), Hârûn (Aaron), and Sulaimân (Solomon); and to Dâwûd (David) We gave the Zabûr (Psalms). (163) And Messengers We have mentioned to you before, and Messengers We have not mentioned to you, - and to Mûsa (Moses) Allâh spoke directly. (164) Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allâh after the (coming of) Messengers. And Allâh is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise. (165) But Allâh bears witness to that which He has sent down (the Qur'ân) unto you (O Muhammad SAW), He has sent it down with His Knowledge, and the angels bear witness. And Allâh is All-Sufficient as a Witness. (166)

We understood from all these verses and many other verses of the Quran that all messages of God had been sent to mankind and not to the tribes of the messengers and their duty to carry this message to all the world by wisdom and peace.

(23) Verily! We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner. And there never was a nation but a warner had passed among them. (24) And if they belie you, those before them also belied. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, and with the Scriptures, and the book giving light. (25) Then I took hold of those who disbelieved, and how terrible was My denial (punishment)! (26)
