The discussions on Ayurvedic and yogic medicene has prompted me to seek your advice for the acute back pain I have developed for last 10-15 years. I dont know whether I am doing right by posting my problem on this site, but I could not help it.
I had MRI and all investigations done and doctors have detected a old injury between 3 rd and 4th lumber. I think it was during some sports in my younger days.
I tried Yogic excercise but the pain became more and more.
Is there some Ayurvedic ways,

First of all, my sincere thanks & REGARDS, to you, as I have my roots from Chotanagpur ( now Jharkhand ).

I can suggest some medicine , which are purely Herbal / Ayurvedic. As far as TOGA goes, it is always suggested to "avoid" certain asans , if lumber has any injury NOR one can lift any heavy stuff ( which you already know and must be sensitve as well.)

I can suggest some food which can help , manage Pain and help your bone to be stronger.

Back Pain :

** Fry Methi & make powder.
** Add the powder in Coffee & drink.


Please do let me know, I hope it will zel with your system. You will find relief !!

Moreover, If you can get hold of the Chinese Oil from Hong Kong or Singapore, used to reduce the pain , will also work as relief !!
