Just to share some informations with you all. Last tuesday i've been, in Lisbon, in a manifestation for Tibet, in front of the chinese embassy, and some chinese embassade members came and started tooking some photos, of all of us...we tried to stop it, but even the portuguese police did nothing, completely submissiv. The issue here personal freedom for each and every one of us in our own country...and probably we won't be abble in the future to enter china or tibet...
FREE TIBET!!! AND LONG LIVE TO IS HH DALAI LAMA.

This is what should be done
By those who are skilled in goodness,
And who know the path of peace:
Let them be able and upright,
Straightforward and gentle in speech,

Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful,
Not proud and demanding in nature.

Whatever living beings there may be;
Whether they are weak or strong, omitting none,
The great or the mighty, medium, short or small,
The seen and the unseen,
Those living near and far away,
Those born and to-be-born—
May all beings be at ease!
Let none deceive another,
Or despise any being in any state.
Let none through anger or ill-will
Wish harm upon another.
Even as a mother protects with her life
Her child, her only child,
So with a boundless heart
Should one cherish all living beings;
Radiating kindness over the entire world,
Spreading upward to the skies,
And downward to the depths;
Outward and unbounded,
Freed from hatred and ill-will.
Whether standing or walking, seated or lying down,
Free from drowsiness,
One should sustain this recollection.
This is said to be the sublime abiding.
By not holding to fixed views,
The pure-hearted one, having clarity of vision,
Being freed from all sense desires,
Is not born again into this world.

I did honor Tibet on the 25th and sent to all tibetans energy filled with peace and compassion, but I feel this is something we must do everyday.

My dear FRIENDS !!!
Today is the 25. February and we celebrate "LOSAR" - the tibetian New Year's Day Party. Please, helps all, that we finally help the tibetian people to get his right, which was stolen him now almost 50 years ago.
Be with thoughts and feelings with all Tibetian that they finally have a peaceful future. I personally puts a light into my window today and becomes especially at my godchildren thinks.
Wish yourselves a beautiful day and maybe celebrate her also something; if actually it with the momentary situation no reason to the celebrates gives.
