"One of your Ancestors joined in the battle to end slavery in this

nation. However slavery still exists here for women, children and the
poor. We fought the white people for over 250 years to prevent them from
from taking and selling the lands we were entrusted to care for. We took
their word when we quite fighting and gave our word we would fight no
more. However their word was as false as all their other dealings with
us. The people of the United states hold only one thing sacred, that is
money. We try to teach them but they refuse to see the sacredness of
people, places and animals."
