This is a 3 minute and 33 second video of the Dalai Lama. The fastest 3:33 I have ever experienced - Time is relative.

Well of course I became very ill, I won't go into detail, but my mortality was in question. When I got over the worst of it, I started meditating every day.

I feel that I exhibited the behaviour of most people, and thought it was a waste of time siting on a pillow, listening to dumb music, chanting and doing all sorts of stupid exercises. Well, let me tell you, truthfully. I know now that this is the only way to achieve enlightenment for most people.

Of course, the technique one uses will change from person to person, but if you don't find that inner self, well, your stuck on the 3d plane. Of course, if that's where you want to be, well that's quite ok.

To be quite honest, I don't really believe we have to do anything to get to where we are going, it just that I believe we will feel better if you use techniques to clean our auras periodically. If you feel imbalanced however, that is a different thing, unless you like feeling imbalanced.

I think I made my point???

Love to all...
Bri

That's so right Brian. It's a simple meditation moment to visualize ourselves. We definitely just need to look inside...and raise that inside for the sake of all setient beings.
