We was discussing here about how to realize Wilbur's model of consciousness in easy way

May answer is:
"nearing" people to do things together.
I have now following idea.

Initiative:

Phase I: 2D
1. Create a template with simple 3 questions, like
A. what can we do together and when (from one month on)
B. with whom we can do it, is there any cultural restrictions (open, close)
C. do you agree to put this information on a web-site. How? (Anonymous, Semi-Anonymous (Names initials), ..)

2. Knock the door of people in your neighbourhood (minimum 3), tell them about the initiative and ask them to drink a cup of tee and collect the data. Ask them to do the same

3. Go to the web-site select your: > country > state > district > town > town-part
Add the data there.

Every one in the net should do this action.
Check the choices at you locality in the data-base.

Example: In your neighbourhood you will make agreements for the following:
- Visit Kids-theatre for the piece xxx . @YY will make reservation
- Go to the park ppp for BBQ on ddd.
- Help @HH with his house-constructions on ddd
- You will find out your neighbour is study Chines like you and you may learn together or exchange experience.

When people in the same town part/neighbourhood check and see the activities, they may ask to join ..
This way global social-network is created.

Phase II: 3D

1. Semantic: define (multi-lingual)Tags can be used for all events and ideas
2. Group-Semantic: existing projects/ideas can be filtered for any group of tags
3. wikisym: existing and new projects/ideas can be enhanced. together.
