Assalamulaikum,
No, I do not believe the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) have been corrupted (Astaghferullah!). But our use and interpretation of them have been. When even some of us can be used by our leaders to wage war against each other or murder innocent civilians to get what we want politically or for revenge (Did the Prophet take revenge? Even on Ta'if?), and still believe we will die blessed martyrs (shaheed), then our deen has been compromised.
Each of us needs to learn for ourselves the truth of Islam- its true peacefulness. Hatred must leave our hearts before peace can come. Our solutions must come from a place of peace and we must act as the Prophet did so that peace can dwell in our lands once more. Peace must start with us and spread outward- to our families, communities, countrymen, ... to other people, families, communities, countries.
Let us show the world the beauty and peace of Islam.
