It is possible to live without eating meal. To become vegetarian is easier than it seems. I became vegetarain when I was 22 after a one year travel in Africa where people grew soya to send it to Europe toi feed cows intead of eting the soya themselves (because they need money to keep wells in good conditions. It make me think about what I can to to change such a inbelievable situation ...
At the begining of my new way of eating, it seesm to me that I droped meat. After a short time, my taste changed and I didn't miss meat at all. My family and friends found vegeterain food good as well. My health became better, especially my blood circulation.
Why should we continue to grow animals in bad conditions and to kill them just to eat when we can eat vegetables and proteins which come from vegetables or cereals ?
