Comment by K on October 18, 2008 at 1:56am: namaste ~ thank you for this group. just today i re-read an excerpt from Jean Shinoda-Bolen's potent Urgent Message from Mother, which reads: "HELP WANTED: Everywoman> Home keepers for Earth. Must keep premises safe for all. Have concern for children's needs and development, ability to manage resources, resolve conflicts, work collaboratively, ask questions, listen, and learn from the experience of others, be empathic, and act with compassion for the benefit of all, including generations to come."

It is time for women, who make up more than half of the world's population, to use the qualities that [most] men have not developed and evolve from the paradigm of patriarchal power and dominance to one of collective empowerment and compassion.

I want to join this group, because I love to learn, there is no difference in men and women. So, we can talk together and work as well. men and women can't go alone. And that's true men and women both are human being, that's it!
