Yo back, Dino. I just came to turn my computer off (I fell asleep on the couch) and found your insightful message: fear and trust. Now that's a connection I don't believe I've ever heard put so clearly. Well done! Makes me suspect you might also have a bit of a poet inside you. The last few days have been challenging as several of us were trying to help lower the fear and increase the trust of one of our Middle east firends. There were many poor communications back and forth. Finally, with an outpouring of love and reason, this person decided to stay with us. Dino, the suffering and violence out there has left so many broken people. It will take many people showing much love to heal the world. Thank you my friend for sharing your message and "Sweet Dreams, Baby."

Dino, you are so right on. I want to hear about your awakening. I know, for me, that I am UNABLE to get mad or upset anymore. I feel love and peace all the time. When I look at the sad state of the world, the emotion that arises is compassion. I wish I could give everyone what I have. I just don't know how. When I look closely at people their deeds seem to float lightly upon their true nature. The closer I look the more light I see. Can't explain it, but I am so free now from what I was. BTW I'm in the hight mountains of New Mexico about 1.5 hours from both Albuquerque and Santa Fe. I live here because of the beauty and the elk, deer, wolves, foxes etc. Also, it is easier to meditate up here. No distractions. I loved Ashland, but needed to leave in order to finish this transformation. I felt like a butterly with only one wing out of the cocoon. Taking 8 months off of work, staying here with a friend has done it. Sorry for talking so long. Let,s try to connect tomorrow. Do you work days?
