When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I am a born activist

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence

So what is it?: Living rationally in harmony w other people and all creatures.

More: Greed drives Capitalism and has led to our current economic crisis - with massive corruption among Corporations & disregard for the average person & ridiculous bonuses & Golden Parachutes. The drive for massive profits has kept us from having a much cleaner environment and a significantly reduced carbon footprint and from ending our dependence on foreign oil. Instead, George Bush started a completely unnecessary war in Iraq by lying about a threat to get access to oil resources and this has led to many innocent people dying and a complete loss of respect for the U.S. around the world. We have to take responsibility for electing Bush (even though he actually didn't beat Al Gore) and for allowing him to wage this war. We should be protesting en masse with thousands of people refusing to serve in Iraq and the rest of us supporting them. We cannot accept one man's evil plan passively. We have no more excuses. We must create our better world now.
