When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I am a born activist
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
Hatred
More
Hatred allows you to see a person or a group as not human, not a child of God, not of any value. It gives you permission to do violence, to oppress, to deprive. These actions start a cycle and soon innocent children are hurt, the environment is hurt, and YOU are hurt. You lose your soul and then hatred becomes your preferred response.
Can we change the world?
Definitely
More about me
I have one grandchild and several other children who are very dear to me.
When I am with them, I feel total peace in the midst of all their activity. To them, I am Nana whose orbit is always full of love, listening, and magic. If I could be Nana every minute of the day with everyone I meet, I wonder how different my life might become.
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?

Thank you for offering your friendship. I believe that what we call "Art" or the place we travel when we create is Sacred space and where we realize our interconnection. I would love to talk to you more about this.. but am preparing for a job interview , so I will paste below a poem I wrote on the subject.
All or Nothing
Some languages have
no word for Art
It is not a privilege
Art is for me in the
seeing and the doing.
The loaf of bread
whose smell connects us
the ritual cleaning of a fish
Art is only a frame
for a moment
an intention
Art is found between
in the mirroring
not the dissection
of the Real
