When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I'm just a peaceful person
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Inflation, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom
So what is it?
Diversity...everyone being treated equally..no matter what race, religion, culture, physical disability, mental disability or etc....
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
I believe people tend to judge one another by their outward appearance and are afraid of discovering that inside everyone is really the same. It would be so nice if we could be like spices (seasonings) and just compliment one another.
Can we change the world?
More about me
I was born an artist with a deep passion for drawing peace, and diversity related pictures (designs). I'm an educator working with children of exceptionalities. I love listening to music and reading inspirational books. The most peaceful time I spend is walking on the beach or in the woods where I separate my thoughts from all the violence going on in the world.
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?
I'd like to share my newest peace picture. The title is Season's of Peace

Think Peace! We can all play a role in planting the seeds of peace.

Building Peace

Spreading peace is not the job of a few. It is up to each one of us who believe in this virtue to take it upon ourselves and help. One way to promote peace is by educating the youth in the world about building the communities surrounding them and working together together to achieve rewarding outcomes!.…

The Healthcare Fallen Memorial

We watch our loved ones die because the healthcare system in our country has abandoned them.

The Healthcare Fallen Memorial is a place to keep them alive in our memory when all else has failed.

Here you can post pictures, videos and stories of your family, friends and neighbors who have died on our own soil because they could not get healthcare.

We will never forget their struggle to live.

I work with profoundly disabled adults. Only one of the twelve persons I work with can speak. And, that person speaks very little. But, recently, he pointed to me and said, "Big Kitty." Everyone working, at the time, was amazed that he would, out of the blue, make that statement. But, perhaps, sometimes, someone needs a Big Kitty.
