Where there is fear there is no 'love'. Where there is 'love' there is no 'fear'. I don't mean romantic love, I mean true, unconditional, feet on the ground, love. If the majority were able to truely love humanity then most, if not all of the problems would disappear as we would be truely listening to one another's needs and support each other rather than fighting and competing.

Can we change the world?

I am passionate about learning, experiencing and teaching consciousness! After working in the City in London for a number of years I found Kundalini Yoga and my whole life then changed. I now live with a great deal of peace and love and feel tremendous gratitude that I'm now able to spend my time helping others to find the same.
