More: In my view there are only two base human emotions, well one really and that is LOVE, feeling we might lose love creates fear. I believe all positivity comes from love and all negativity comes from fear.

Can we change the world?: Definitely

More about me: I am in my early forties, have two children, Gavin 20 and Danielle 11. I am divorced and live alone with the kids. I live a full and happy life. I am a yoga teacher and I teach five classes a week and attend two classes a week. I try to sit in meditation everyday but this can be difficult with a busy house. We have two cats, Poppit has been with us since she was a kitten and is now 10 yrs and Poppy who we rescued about 3 years ago and we think might be about 13-14 yrs. We also have a Staffordshire Bull Terrior called Milly who we also rescued back in January 2008 she is about 17-20 months.
