When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I am a born activist

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Other

More: Self interest (ego) is the biggest obstacle for peace world wide. this encompasses all negative aspects of the options listed above. The solution is to see others not as others, but as a part of a whole. at that point self interest becomes beneficial.

Can we change the world?: Definitely

More about me: I'm perfectly willing to share anything you ask. but for starters... I believe a life lived in excess is a waste of resources, I believe the basic structures of our society need to be reviewed, and renewed. (education, healthcare, monetary, and governmental.) I believe that we are all part of a whole, and must strive to co-exist in balance with our environment. I believe that I can make a difference.
