It start with wanting to obtain someting, and the fear of not getting it , from that comes frustration, torment,prejudice, greed, hatred ...creates a big ditch between each other

It depends on how our mind is, When your mind is at peace , positive and fill with love it affects people around you, it changes the atmosphere. It's a matter of training and taking responsability.
