Mankind is so out of sync with itself, for a wide variety of reasons, I might add, that there is hardly, if any at all, inner peace within the individual, which in turn prevents peace between people.

What must we overcome to achieve peace?

The failure to realise that most of us are living in a permanent state of trance. An hypnotic state that is constantly fed & maintained by both external & internal sources.
