Almost everybody expects the other guy to do something first. It takes a lot of guts for that very special person to step up to the plate and do something about something.
Can we change the world?

More about me
Hello Everyone!
I Am SaraPhilomena
O.K. Lets see, what would you nice people like to know about me?
I live in New York, born and raised here. I am 56 years of age. I was born on January 28th 1952. Sun Sign Is The Great Aquarius!! Oh! Yeah!, People A True Aquarian! In Mind! Heart! Spirit! And Soul!
Aquarian people are known to be...oh lets just say somewhat... "Indifferent." And I love every bit of this!
O.K. now that I have had my moment of being proud to be an Aquarian, lets get on with the rest of my Bio.
I'm Married 35 years, yeah... well they grow on you after awhile, it's kind of like having a pet you just get attached too! Well, my husbands name is Carmine and he was born in Naples, Italy.
I have 3 adult children, two girls and one boy. They are, Maria age 34, Antonietta age 33 and Basilio age 27.
I also have 6 beautiful grandchildren.
Angelina age 9 - George age 8 - Sara age 5 - Vincent age 9 - Annamaria age 7 - and Carmine age 9 months.
All these people I've just mentioned here are the Love of my Life!
Before I was diagnosed with System Lupus I use to work in a High School as a Deans Assistant and I loved my job. It wasn't a sit down behind a desk all day sort of job, it involved a lot of running around after students. It was just the sort of job I loved as I just wasn't the sit down behind a desk all day long kind of person. Some of the time I didn't mind, but not all day long! No, just wasn't me. I loved being very active.
But at the age of 39, going on 40 I was diagnosed with System Lupus and I pretty much had to find a new way of life. You see, Lupus is an incurable autoimmune disease. This disease slowly took over my body and in the process of it all a drastic change took place in my life.
I am no longer physically able to do the things I loved so much!
Everything in my life that I have always loved doing, I could no longer physically be able to do and it really crushed me to death! My whole lifestyle changed.
I really wasn't given much of a choice, except to roll over and give up. But I'm filled with too much determination for this disease, to get the better part of me! My will is just way too strong for this! So to make a rather long story short, well... here I am 17 years later sitting behind a desk trying to continue to make a go of having to work solely for myself!
I thank you all for taking the time to read my bio.
May peace be with you always!
SaraPhilomena
