- I face the conundrum. Is there only one mind? If so, why do I see individuals in the world robbing others? Is this illusion? Are they not really being robbed? The One Mind is also the mind of Cheney, for example?

I hope you will see my response to your conundrum statement simply as my desire to be helpful.
I face the conundrum.
I faced the same conundrum before studying A Course in Miracles, which I now genuinely believe to be the truth.
Is there only one mind?
Yes, it is the Mind of God and, as God is our father, we share in it. But we have forgotten. We think, mistakenly, that we separated from God. We are dreaming and have invited the small ego mind to be in charge.
If so, why do I see individuals in the world robbing others?
You see reflections of thoughts in your ego mind.
Is this illusion? Yes.
Are they not really being robbed?
No one is really being robbed or harmed in any way. The key word here is “really.”
The One Mind is also the mind of Cheney, for example?
No. What you perceive is ego is ego mind.
