TV Show: World Harmony: Can It Happen? (a program that tries to bring more peace and human harmony into our world)

This program will begin with - A CELEBRATION of Mary MacEwan's 100th birthday (she will turn 100 on April 19th 2012) and her involvement with the peace movement. over the years. When she was 6 years old, she has told me she was in a demonstration with her mother for the Women's Suffragette Movement. I met her when I attended a Tucson Peace Center Community Board meeting which was held at her home several years ago and where she was also a member of that board.  At age 99, she attended the February 2012 30th Annual Tucson Peace Fair & Music Festival. Come to the studio or tune in and join us honoring her.

Afterwards the World Harmony: Can It Happen? program will explore

The Topic: Are Marijuana and Hemp Good or Bad?

What happened that I was away for quite a while?

I had a technical problem with my computer.

The computer that I had for four years would no longer let me get on the Internet. Two or three friends looked at it but were not able to tell me what was wrong with it and I was told that computers only last 3-6 years. So instead of having to spend an unknown amount of money to try to fix it, after having the hard drive taken out for privacy reasons, I donated the computer to World Care, a nonprofit agency in May of 2010 for them to get it into working condition and either use it or sell it.

For several recent months in 2011,  I have had use of first one than another old computer but last month I invested in a new one so I think I will be ok with my computer situation and can be on sites like this one and Care2.com again. Someone I used to know and who is now a friend, brought to my attention this site again and gave me its current name:  iPeace.us (formerly iPeace.ning.com).  I am happy that she did and that I am involved with it and my friends here again too.
