When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Poverty, Education, Violence, Our Shrinking Freedom, Other

So what is it?: Man's greed and no care for the people walking right beside.$$over heart and caring.

More: As more and more middle class/workers on the planet lose their jobs to poorer people whom then are given no rights in the workplace.Working in very dangerous site and some losing their life -their family then left with zilch.With this comes fear and prejudicism .Fear of other cultures ,no belief in insitutes or governments.When a planet talks in billions not millions but most are counting their pennies just to buy a bag of rice!That too the major take over of agriculture knocking out the small farmer and ability to be self sufficient.

More about me: Definitely sounds rather egotistical.I was a children's teacher in Taiwan from 1985 -1995 and with making those children my family I attained such rewrds.I am still youngish but I have children that are now doctors,architects.social minded giving people.They had many hurtles as I too with getting their traditional Taiwanese/chinese parents to hav efaith in me.We read ,drew and travelled.I know these children will make a difference so I have helped in the process.Chinese and Asians still have faith in their teachers and family and Taiwan is an excellant example of the growth that can be made.
