A recent acrylic canvas of Edwin, painted by my daughter.
Edwin my old boy, the herd leader.
There are many stories etched into my pshyci that involve Edwin, this is just one.
He is a beautiful horse, fast, very very fast, he won a race at Lingfield Park Racecourse by 25 lengths many moons ago, kind, talented, intelligent… Continue

Libyan Desert Glass - the Golden Ray Ascension Tektite
History
In July 2006 a television documentary reported that the central scarab in one of the necklaces found in Tutankhamen’s tomb, was actually made of Libyan Desert Glass; an ancient extraterrestrial substance which pre-dates the earliest Egyptian civilization, and not Chalcedony, as previously thought.Tutankhamen's Pectoral Necklace
This most unusual substance is by no means a new scientific discovery; having… Continue

Lobo was an American wolf who lived in the 19th century and is best known for his rivalry with naturalist Ernest Thompson Seton. In Wild Animals I Have Known (1899), Seton tells the story of Lobo, a large wolf who lived near the Currumpaw cattle ranch in New Mexico. During the 1890s, Lobo and his pack having been deprived of their natural prey by settlers, turned to the settlers' livestock. The ranchers tried to kill Lobo and his pack by poisoning… Continue
I live in an English village, I have lived there for 23 years. Not in the same house, but in the same stretch of lane. We have a Church that is in the Domesday Book, built in the 1100's, it has a very famous mural apparently. It is called a village but is really a hamlet. While there are still people who are greedy for power and wealth running the world things on the surface will not change. But that does not stop those below the top doing good.
I believe the true Holy Grail is within us all... the problem is that we do not all seek the truth. For some their Holy Grail is still money, power, fame to name just a few... they do not want to see the truth, however it is put in front of them.
The links below bring up a lot of things and are… Continue

Where in this wide world can man find nobility without pride,
Friendship without envy,
Or beauty without vanity?
Here, where grace is served with muscle
And strength by gentleness confined
He serves without servility; he has fought without enmity.
There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent.
There is nothing so quick, nothing more patient.
England's past has been… Continue

Back in the 70's I was having afternoon tea in a plush hotel in Johannesburg where I was staying for a few days. I was served by a very sweet and gentle old man who had a beaming smile.
After I had enjoyed the beautiful tea and cakes, and the service with a smile, I decided to you back to my room before taking a walk into town. I got into the lift but before the doors had chance to close the very same man that had so nicely served me tea was wanting to get in the lift. He hesitated… Continue
