I realized I can’t change everything, but there’s one thing I can change. All I need to do is change my list of priorities. The change has to come from within. That’s why I’m saying it’s easy. You don’t have to throw anything out, just rearrange. Of all those things that have taken priority, put the priority to be content at the very top. That’s all.

In this life, of all the feelings that you have felt, would not the feeling of peace be the greatest?

The greatest hope is right here, in the moment called “now”. That’s where life is – life is not tomorrow, life is not yesterday, it has no ups and downs, it has no pain, it has no suffering.

It has a lot of joy and it has a lot of beauty. If we can see that, how beautiful it would be!
