熔岩巧克力蛋糕
從巧克力芝士蛋糕的方劑改善而來,比利時巧克力更少糖,更濃的可可香味。再配上冰涼的香草冰淇淋和濃郁的巧克力脆皮,悠閒的午後還能夠更美嗎?
材料
餅底:奧利奧餅乾(碎)100克,陷料:蜜核桃黃油40克,奶油奶酪80克,細砂糖40克,牛奶220毫升,可可粉40克,魚膠片7.5克,鮮奶油250毫升,飾面:香草冰淇淋恰當55%烘焙巧克力恰當,(6寸心模)
做法
1、預備好餅底
2、將芝士與糖打至軟滑
3、將可可粉和魚膠片用熱牛奶融化,拌入芝士糊中
4、鮮奶油打至呈乾性發泡,法式草莓派拌入芝士混合物中
5、拌好的陷料入模,冰箱冷凍2小時至凝聚
脫模後,用香草冰淇淋球飾面,海綿蛋糕並淋上巧克力漿.
小竅門
我運用的是含糖可可.若運用無糖可可粉,克恰當進步砂糖用量.
