香橙芝士蛋糕

蛋糕模具尺寸:6寸活底蛋糕模
餅底資料:1.消化餅80克2.無鹽奶油35克
餅底做法:溶化奶油,消化餅放入保鮮袋中,比利時巧克力用擀麵杖壓至粉碎,和奶油混合,蜜核桃倒入蛋糕模中,用大調羹背部拍鎮壓實,放入冰箱冷藏。
芝士蛋糕資料:奶油芝士100克,鮮榨橙汁160克,砂糖65克,魚膠粉8克,溶化魚膠粉熱水適當,
淡奶油120克,香橙肉適當(裝修用)
做法
1.奶油芝士放室溫軟化,如氣溫較低的話,法式草莓派可放入蒸鍋中加熱
2.砂糖和奶油芝士混合,拌和成無顆粒狀芝士糊
3.將橙汁分3、4次參加芝士糊中,每次都要充沛拌和均勻,一起也可參加一些小塊的橙肉
4.魚膠粉用少許熱水浸泡溶化,倒入3中,完全拌和均勻
5.用打蛋器打發淡奶油,與4混合,拌和均勻後,倒入蛋糕模中,放冰箱冷藏凝結
