a quarry crusher comprising a casing; a crushing cone mounted in stated casing; a crushing bowl disposed around mentioned crushing cone to ensure that the bowl types together with the cone a crushing chamber passing into a discharge slot; a supporting ring having an inner thread; an adjustment ring with an external thread screwed into the inner thread of said supporting ring and rigidly connected with mentioned crushing bowl to adjust the size of the discharge slot when turned relative to stated supporting ring; a toothed rim rigidly connected to stated casingoutside said adjustment ring; power cylinder suggests for turning said toothed rim with each other with the crushing bowl; a slide block on stated toothed rim and hinged to mentioned cylinder indicates; a two-way pusher pivotably mounted on said slid block for engaging said toothed rim; and an auxiliary cylinder on stated slide block engaging mentioned pusher for selective engagement of mentioned pusher with mentioned toothed rim.
A cone crusher as claimed in claim 1 wherein mentioned energy cylinder indicates comprises a hydraulic cylinder like a rod pivotably connected to said slide block,
A cone crusher as claimed in claim 1 wherein stated auxiliary cylinder contains a rod pivotably connected to stated pusher at a place offset in the pivotal connection in the pusher to mentioned slide block.
A cone crusher as claimed in claim 1 wherein stated slide block involves forks slidably and guidahly mounted on stated toothed rim.
The present invention has been accomplished to provide a major shaft locating arrangement which eliminates the aforesaid issue. As outlined by the present invention, the bearing block comprises a major block and a bottom block respectively covered on the spider bearing at prime and bottom sides. The prime block and bottom block each have an outward flange, plus a plurality of locating holes and screw holes alternatively arranged around the spider bearing. The locating holes on the prime block as well as the bottom block are respectively connected to respective locating holes on the locating block inside the major frame of your cone crusher. Adjustment screws are respectively threaded in to the screw holes on the leading block as well as the bottom block, and respectively stopped at the locating block at prime and bottom sides for adjusting the gap amongst the leading block and also the bottom block subject to the wearing condition on the spider bearing.
