Centre yourself by focusing on your breathing for a few moments……..release any tension you are holding in the body…..just let it flow away with every out breath… ……focus on your base chakra……….visualise a red ball of light rotating steadily….rhythmically…………………………….then move up to your sacral.. ..and an orange light rotating ……..smoothly……efficiently……………now your solar plexus……….see a yellow ball of light…..rotating in balance and harmony.. ………………………….on up to your heart chakra…………and a green light rotating steadily……..rhythmically………in time with your heartbeat………… ……………………..now your throat…………….blue light………gently spinning around and around ………………………………......now your third eye…….. And dark indigo all of light…………….rotating around…………steady and controlled ………………………………now a white light just above your crown……… …rotating and pulsing gently………………………..now, about a foot above your head…………..you see a beautiful violet ball of light…………….as it descends ………it grows in size and luminosity………..slowing covering your whole body ………….your whole being……………………..let it penetrate your body……. …your conscious mind………………..and in into your unconscious mind…….. ….as it does so………..it removes negative……..self limiting energies stored there ……………………………the light infuses within you the acceptability of abundance as a way of being for you………………………………...as a natural state of being………………………….as the violet light continues to infuse you.. ……
