There is always a resting period between the cycles. You are just getting started,  so have patience with yourself. Take good care of yourself, begin a Yoga or exercise program that enhances your feelings of well being, bring you peace of mind and spiritual growth at this time. Allow your physical vessel to catch up to all the changes that are occurring in your blossoming growth.  And honour yourself always.
