See the love and kindness that is within and share it with others, for each of you is truly beautiful. Sometimes life can be overwhelming and it is forgotten that all things begin with how you view yourself. See yourself as the beautiful light that you are, as we see you. Not by the physical or the mental self, see yourself from the spiritual/emotional self and that reflection will be a beacon for others to see themselves in a new light.

Watch your thoughts, as these are reflected in your aura. It is important to only think about or focus on what you desire. Be kind to yourself. Have reasonable expectations and give yourself some due praise. In order to nurture the qualities that are yours, cherish yourself. Worry not what others are doing or thinking, focus on what you are doing and thinking. Your rewards will be a sense of inner peace, warmth and love.
