You are free to choose

Sometimes where there is a lot of things happening all at once it can be overwhelming and you feel like you have lost control of your life. When this happens, take a breath, re-center yourself and know that you can have to power to choose how you react to people, situations and things that happen in your life. If you are feeling like you are unable to take that next step, ask your angels to surround you and know that they are supporting you as it is their commitment to be in service to humanity and to help guide you as you do your journey.  Trust in your feelings and trust your heart.

Remember that you always have a choice, you can act from love or you can react in fear. It can be feel risky when you choose to be free, yet it is and important step on your spiritual journey so take that next step with trust and confidence and know that you are always free to choose and that your angels and guides are standing with you, in front of you and behind you, supporting you as you open yourself up the opportunities and adventures that come your way. Let your spirit soar and feel the freedom that it brings to you fly.

Affirmation: "I choose to be free; I am free to be my true  and authentic self, I am free to be me."

And so it is.
