Your Sensitivities are changing

As you master some of your goals and spiritual expansion you will find that your sensitivity to things in your environment like chemicals, additives, processed foods, and the energies around you becomes more pronounced. Even though it might be challenging to deal with some of these, they are a sure sign of your expansion and growth.

As a highly sensitive being, you may at times experience confusion, disorientation and numbness, which are ways that your physical body deals with overwhelming physical sensation. Choose to deal with these new sensitivities in the most natural and healthy way. Try not to self-medicate with foods, chemicals, drugs, or other addictive substances in order to try to shield and protect yourself. These might seem to help at first, however since you are more sensitive now, it is important to not clog up your systems with more things you need to clear yourself of.

Remember that if you are unsure of your symptoms to seek out professional and licensed specialists in that field. It is okay to seek out help for yourself. Ask your angels and guides to guide you to the healers, energy workers and information that can best help you take extra good care of yourself and heal so that you can enjoy your life the way you planned when you took on your expansion through an earthly journey.
