People all around the world are learning how to work with what they have rather than complaining about what's missing. Every community and organization has the resources and knowledge to begin living the future now.
The Berkana Institute has been working around the world with people and community-based organizations who are making a real difference. What we've found, over the last decade, is that important work
always begins with a better conversation. Hosting conversations that matter is a key competency which is being developed through the
Art of Hosting community of practice. Working with processes like Theory U, materials like modeling clay, qualities like silence are all part of this new way of working.
The Berkana Institute is pleased to offer a three day training just outside of Bangkok. Full details are in a PDF file downloadable with this link:

We hope that many people from around SE Asia will come to this event. If you really want to be there and money is a primary obstacle, please send an e-mail to event coordinator Bob Stilger -- bob@berkana.org -- and we'll see what we can work out!
